This event aims to attract industry, government, academia, key influencers and community stakeholders to come together and foster growth and innovation within the local tech sector. The 2018 event will feature how Tech start-ups are changing the landscape of our communities within the Fraser Valley and a strong need for the municipalities to start planning fundamental shift Towards Intelligent Communities initiatives, leveraging knowledge based economy and skilled workforce. Hear from our local city officials and dignitaries on their plans for infrastructure and programs.

The key attribute of any start-up is the ability to grow- which requires capital. The 2018 Forum will provide a strong emphasis on the need for start-up funding locally and partnerships that promote and fuel the tech Entrepreneur needs, throughout the life cycle of the venture.

Learn how the local tech sector is evolving and collaborate with other stakeholders within the Fraser Valley to voice your thoughts and help steer the direction of Fraser Valley innovation. Come enjoy a panel discussion, a keynote speaker, trade show exhibition and valuable networking opportunities. This event is free to attend with muffins, coffee and lunch included at no cost.

After the success of the highly successful First Annual Tech Forum held in Mission last October, this year’s Forum intends to be bigger and more informative. The only Thought Leadership event within the Fraser Valley encouraging perspective of opportunities and challenges for growing the Digital Economy, locally.
